Sunless by Stephanie has been nominated for Small Business of the Year through the Whitehorse Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards, and I am incredibly honoured and grateful to even be considered. As part of the application, letters of support from clients and community members are encouraged (but not required). If you feel comfortable, I would be so thankful for a short letter sharing your experience with Sunless by Stephanie and how the service has impacted you.
These letters don’t need to be long or formal, a few paragraphs is more than enough.

If it helps spark inspiration, here are a few things the judges are looking for, and what you could speak to:

1. Your experience with the quality of service and professionalism

2. How you felt during and after your appointment (confidence, comfort, care, etc.)

3. Examples of customer service, communication, or attention to detail

4. How the business supports or gives back to the local community

5. Why you choose to support a local, women-owned business

6. How the service supported you during an everyday moment or a big life milestone (weddings, competitions, events, vacations, etc.)
